ChatGPT is a great tool, but it's not free. ChatGPT uses the text provided by you to train it's models. This poses a serious security risk, and creates potential GDPR issues.

On Fri 8th November 2024, a decision was made to prevent access to ChatGPT and all other AI platforms. It is now a breach of both the Data Protection Policy and Network & IT policy to attempt to access any online Artificial Intelligence or GPT (Generative Pre-Trained Transformer) on a company device, or attempt to upload or share any company information via a personal device.

However, no problem comes without a solution.
